OVERVIEW
By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All products are made-to-order and handcrafted in Turkey.
PRODUCTS
All products are custom made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and handmade nature. Size variance of +/- 5% is considered normal.
PRICING
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing orders.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
MADE-TO-ORDER AGREEMENT
By placing an order, you understand and agree that: a) Products are custom made for you, b) Production time is 4-6 weeks, c) Total delivery time is 5-8 weeks, d) Custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
M UNAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
